The Board of Directors finally decided to “retire” the founding CEO and hire someone internally to fill the CEO role. The former CEO’s friends, and several family members who have been employed by Xactly for many years, will now have to work for their salary. They will no longer receive special treatment by the former CEO . The nepotism at our company has been running rampant for several years.
