      Pros

      Great practices in QA. Good experience for better than sweat shop software development. Probably not a place for long term employment as there is a lot of college recruitment done meaning you are working with people aren't quite always following good standards as they're still learning them. I think though overall though this company does a good job. The activities are good and HR is really good.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's really unrealistic expectations due to the company being very top heavy. There's a lot of sales work done and deals are made w/out consulting dev teams about anything. The pay is at average or below average.

      Pros

      - Good work-life balance - Great benefits package - Great support for education and personal development - Many great employees - Mostly great junior leaders - Good starting salaries - Nice facility in a good location

      Cons

      - Nepotism - Salary hardly increases over time (generally outpaced by inflation) - Not willing to pay enough to retain high-performers or highly experienced employees - Widespread lack of ownership and accountability among senior/middle leadership - Executives have no technological expertise - Managers are forced to give at least one negative yearly evaluation, which has harsh consequences - Low amount of respect for the QA discipline - Political games are the most effective way to get ahead - Slow to adopt modern business practices, effective software development strategies, and to respond to the marketplace - Consistently produces mediocre products - Long streak of failure in international markets

      Pros

      Good benefits and culture with fun environment/activities. Nice facility with amenities: kitchens, cafeteria, rec room, basketball and volleyball courts, and nice gym. Good people.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities. Advancement based more off who you know than what you can do. Compensation slightly below average.
