      Pros

      they have a great building and there is a lot of space for employees. They act professionally. The pay is pretty competitive.

      Cons

      The technical support position is sold as a very technical job with opportunity for advancement. The reality is you will spend all of your time handling customer complaints. The customer will need your help to guide them through the software. It's really just a customer service job not technical. The product has lots of bugs

      Pros

      I have read some other reviews and find that each department is different. My experience - My co-workers are top notch engineers that are motivated, intelligent and good people. I have a great manager. He is picky about who he hires, which makes for a good working environment. The work/life balance here is good. The department puts out high quality work without stressing everyone out. I like working here. Compensation is good, insurance and PTO is good.

      Cons

      I am finding that some of my co-workers are leaving for other companies. I don't think Xactware is as competitive in compensation or incentives as they used to be.
