Pros
Xactware offers some of the highest salaries I've come across in Utah. They pay employees well, offer great bonuses, and generous time off/benefits. Lots of opportunities to play sports if you're into that. Ping pong table downstairs, gym, basketball and volleyball courts. Awesome Christmas party.
Cons
The product is insurance estimation software. So unless that tickles your fancy, work can be very monotonous. Most of the management are older and pretty set in their ways so it's hard to bring innovation to the table (even though that's a "core value" for the software company.) Xactware has been around for 30 years and is a market leader, which makes them slow to change. Social is not a priority in this company, which is another thing holding them back.
