Pros
- Reasonable, understanding environment in comparison to many call centers - Monthly bonuses, based on stats - Good benefits
Cons
- Base wages are low, particularly considering the workload and restrictive hours. - Yearly raises are negligible, considering the low base pay. - Once you're in support, they want to keep you there. Moving around the support department is relatively easy but moving anywhere else is incredibly difficult. They would much rather hire from the outside than let you move to another department. This is not a position to take if you want to get your foot in the door for another department. - With management, it often feels like there the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing
