      I have worked for Xactware for nearly 5 years now. I have never been required to work more than 40 hours a week, I have been able to adjust my schedule of when I come in and when I leave every day, and I have felt nothing but support when I have needed to take time off for myself or my family.

      Cons

      Getting pay raises can be hard and depending on your position career paths are not always clear.
