You get to write "Manager" on your resume

Everything. The salary they offer is disgusting for the work and hours that you put in to make this company successful so that the director and all higher ups get their bonus. You get treated poorly by your staff, your bosses, and any customers. Upper management couldn't care less about you and do not support you. They watch you like a hawk and try to come up with anything to "talk" to you about. This company likes hiring people who are new to the industry because they can pay you less and say that you will be trained but training has no benefit to the actual job. This company will preach to you in your interview work-life-balance, but don't fall for it. This job is anything but work-life-balancce.
