Worst company, Worst job EVER

Weekends off Clean bathrooms Nice break room Good parking area Decent landscape Good location

Cons

CEO listens but doesn't act ever Management are inexperienced, have been in their positions too long to care. Every department is an enemy of the other department instead of working as a team. Sales vs tech support - constant fight internally Horrible training if ANY. Unprofessional staff Racist management If you are not white, WATCH OUT NO opportunity to grow what so ever They are all big heads Horrible benefits DO NOT work here if you don't have to. 99% of the employees are constantly looking for better jobs. The turn over is so high, I have never seen so many employees coming and going.

Pros

Casual dress code. Set hours and off on weekends.

Cons

Micro management unlike anything I have ever seen. Other employees "tell" on you if you are asking too many work related questions. Outdated software. Inadequate training. Co workers are too busy to help out the new hires. They get irritated if you ask a question since everyone is so far behind on their work. This is in part of the high volume of calls due to the customers printers constantly messing up.

It's Alabama; Racism, Homophobia, lots of Christian Propoganda

Pros

If you have the right job, the pay and environment are good (for Alabama).

Cons

It's all in the title. Extremely senior management had no qualms at all about telling me that slavery was ok because "everyone did it." Almost ALL of my white co-workers would make horrific racist statements if no dark-skinned people were around. Although I headed straight for HR every time this happened, nothing was ever done about it other that to tell me "Xante does not tolerate that sort of behavior." Except that they do.
