Thank you for your feedback. Clearly, it seems that probably few are the areas wherein we didn’t meet most of your expectations and we certainly feel bad about it. However, let us see if we can address your concerns as below: 1) There are only few projects which requires 24*7 functioning considering the fact most of our clients are US/Canada based and may vary project to project as per the business requirements. However, the shift timings and project expectations are being told prior to hiring itself. 2) With respect to work life balance, we do have a flexi work culture providing benefits such as flexi leaves and flexible timings however, there are certain projects in which fixed shift timings are required to be followed due to business requirements. 3) With respect to your manager related concern raised, we hope that you haven't based your entire feedback based on some recent incident or instance. Having said this, we accept your criticism and highly discourage such behaviours at Xavient. We would recommend you to please speak with your Project Owner or HR team regarding the same so that it can be brought towards a resolution. It is pretty evident that you seem very upset and we feel bad about it. Would recommend you to please reach out to a very Senior Leader of your team or HR directly if you are feeling stuck or are unhappy with any process/ practice within Xavient.
