1. They promised to process my green card in 6 months and they gave me in written in offer letter but it was not filed even after 15 months and it was a complete time waste being on H1. 2. India HR is really pathetic and they don't respond and if they respond, it's complete lie. 3. If you flatter your manager and above, you are in their good books. 4. When one assignment ends, their HR or Marketing team didn't try for next assignment and no follow-ups even if an employee finds other project from outside. 5. Typical Indian behavior and low level of quality of employees. No recognition. If you just flatter them, they will not have any problem. 6. Very Unethical. 7. Even after one year, they don't do any appraisal though it's mentioned in offer letter. When you ask, India HR will reply that it's in process and account team needs to confirm whereas no formal appraisal was started and no rating system. Basically no system for Appraisal. Please don't join this company as they have only one or two clients and they just hire on false promises. Even if they give you in writing for Green card or other things, please don't believe them at all. They just give very good picture while joining and later on, you will get tired following up for Green card and other stuff.
