From where should I start, coz list is too long. Ok I conclude it just to say that...If you are not Muslim then don't join. Because it an another Pakistan. Totally crap people at top management and from same family. So u can thing that how would be atmosphere there. God save us!!!

Good place for those they belong to a specific community, its like home for them. being paid for not working.

Cons

If you happens to be a relative of some influential person then its fine, else always back you back because your work will never speak.

Good for onsite Good for Kashmir and family.

Cons

All managers have brothers and sisters working on the whole floor.You have to make your way between their relatives to showcase your talent.But it only happens when the project is at stake then few fix people are thrown in the mud pool to clear the Mess created by their relatives.
