So here comes the real inside of this company 1) Biased to one community, won't go in much details. Everyone knows it. 2) Many non deserving people sitting doing nothing as if it is their in laws company. 3) People from other fields doing work of the technology of which they don't have any idea. 4) Pressurising Employee to the core till the time he starts feeling mentally harassed and retarted. 5) No one understands your pain, what they need is work work work without even bothering about Employee's health n comfort. 6) Poor management with no guts to take appropriate actions against culprits. 7) Many people shows bossy attitude having zero knowledge and mark my words zero knowledge just because they are here since long and belong to the certain religious community. Friends, I request sincerely even if they offer you handsome don't come here. Initially you will feel joyful but soon all the harmony of your life will be ruined due to unrealistic expectations.
