As far as onsite opportunities is concerned, we do promote them with a periodic visa recommendation and processing process and a lot of our team members have got the opportunity however, it is solely a function of business/project requirements. Also, we practice flexible timings policy promoting a flexible work culture till the time if it doesn't require one to work in a particular shift timing and same varies from project to project.
