Contribution/compensation ratio is not good

++ Biased towards one religion, you will experience that as soon as you will enter the company. ++ One of the WORST management, be it HR, OPERATIONS, PROGRAMME all of them suck at their jobs or in other words I should they just want salary for free. ++ I worked with that company for more than three years and I really regret my time at Xavient / Telus / Telus International ++ If you are good at licking and buttering then that's a perfect place to work else no matter how hard you work, no matter how much efforts you put in your job only Manager's fav. will get the opportunity to growth and learn. ++ HR department is a joke in this company, they will only listen to the managers and will give you the fake attention. ++ We have had very high hopes when TELUS took over the Xavient but I was there for 2 years after this and things just got more worse than they were before. ++ Even in this pandemic they have fired my resources, but as expected supported religion faced no harm. ++ I feel lucky that I Ieft that organisation before pandemic and suggest you all out there think a hundred time before joining Xavient / Telus / Telus International ++ I am sure you will find similar reviews glassdoor.
