1. They do not know how much employees they need for their organization. Any time recruitment and any time firing. 2. Higher level management is the worst. They will make anybody your boss. 3. HR is telling the same person to take the next round of interview also.

About the Bangalore office.. -No respect/responsibility towards employees -The work space is tiny with single washroom for each sex(You've to wait out side if someone else is inside.), and pantry where two/three persons can hardly fit. -Stupid and greedy people in the management. Can make you work for more than 10/12 hours and still won't provide basic facilities like food and cab. -Very unorganized work culture -Lack leadership
