Although you are an employee of Xavient, you are a contractor working for another company. You have many of the disadvantages that contractors have where they don't participate in company bonuses and such.

1. They will pay you good.

Cons

1. No respect for employees. They do not know how many people to hire. They will hire and fire anytime. 2. Workplace looks like worst then cyber cafe. 3. Discrimination based on religious groups. 4. Such a bad infrastructure. No learning at all. 5. So unhygienic, people over there do wash their legs in wash basin. 6. You are safe if you have relatives working over there.

Good health insurance plans. Yes that's all.

Cons

Highly incapable middle to higher management. Lot of favoritism in this organization. No growth path at all. They treat people nothing more then commodity. I have seen people becoming director because they are good liars or favorite of higher management folks. They are typical body shoppers. They care billing only .Talent or skills are not respected here. No innovation.
