      The work life balance is great at Xcel Energy and the company is moving in a really exciting direction. The work that is done truly makes a difference in the world and there is a strong leadership team.

      Toxic environment, people cold - not very personable, many rotational assignments so not continuity in leadership, ask for help but don't accept help!
