      Supportive company with an amazing culture. I industry leading company in technology & strategy.

      Like all large corporations companies there are occasional challenges with cumbersome and overly bureaucratic policies, etc.

      Great direct leadership and coworkers!

      Cons

      Upper management does not prioritize employee satisfaction highly. Removing the 80% remote option for all employees, continuously threatening bonuses, reducing headcount and not allowing us to backfill positions and holding raises and promotions hostage for months shows the disconnect is getting worse.

      Cons

      Hybrid work environment of 20% time within the office was recently moved to a required 3 days in the office. This will largely impact people who are caregivers (those with young children, aging parents, chronically ill family members). There’s so much focus on shareholder value that they are willing to cut programs which impact customers and their employees to drive shareholder value. This is not a sustainable plan.
