      Pros

      I enjoy the work and I get along with my coworkers. I feel my pay is in line with my experience level. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      There is little in the means of pay raises. Annual raises are pitiful and the only substantial raises are obtained through promotions which have to be interviewed for.
