      Large company that has many opportunities, if you can find your niche, you'll get far

      Cons

      Inconsistent training, no onboarding, lack of follow-through when it comes to concerns reported. DEI work is mostly driven by free labor of the BRGs, the I & D team tries their hardest but they get blocked to make the majority demographic "comfortable"
