Best coworkers ever! They are down to earth, no egos, and really want their work to contribute to the company growth. Work life balance is good because there is no urgency, or because whatever strategy was implemented already fell apart. This provided time to search for new jobs at least.

Cons

Terrible policy and process management in most parts of the organization. Supply chain is particularly bad. Don’t think I’ve experienced so much process chaos in my career.
