Very stable job- nice bonuses thrown to high performers to try in an attempt to keep people around. Great work life balance and engagement with community. Really smart people.

Cons

Not competitive in market salary (I left and received a 40% pay raise for same job), controlled by the PUC so business decisions are hard to make, leadership constantly changing (6 years and had 3 bosses, 3 VPS and 2 CEOs in short time). Driven by short term stock growth
