Pros

Great pay and benefits, lots of opportunities for career advancement, ethical company with a lot to offer. Lots of transformational initiatives going on so there are plenty of opportunities for meaningful work and learning opportunities. The company cares about the community and also offers 40 hours a year of Volunteer Paid Time Off. There is no other company I would rather work for.

Cons

Most corporate jobs are downtown in CO and MN so there is a downtown commute. No place is perfect and there are always challenges but no more than any other large company. Nothing significant to mention here.

Busy and quick growing industry. Potential for constantly changing work and job assignments. Large scope of what the company does.

Cons

Slow moving company. The Human Resources department can’t work to keep up with the fast changing industry. Heavy middle management enabling micromanagement.
