Pros

Consistent raises. Great facilities, equipment and attention to quality control. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Dysfunctional working group. Little contact with management beyond immediate supervisor probably didn't help the situation.

Pros

There is potential to have a good work life balance and a decent bonus. Pay-scales and PTO are great. Benefits such as the adoption fee compensation/ College reimbursement/ Gym compensation.

Cons

- There are very few decent managers. A number of directors/ managers are promoted without the proper qualifications (i.e. didn't actually work in previous position, no people skills, no proper management experience etc.) - Upper management cut everyone's bonuses and replaced it with an "iDeliver" award that has created hostility among co-workers as most of the individuals who have received it did not earn it fairly. - There is little to no communication from upper management about the things in the company that actually matter. - Month End Close is stressful beyond other typical month end close processes at other companies. - Nothing in SAP works, so 75% of your job is troubleshooting/ requesting enhancements. - Most co-workers are pretty hostile about training, because they want to have job security, so there's a huge knowledge gap on most teams. New hires (people who have been there for 0-3 years) are trying to remedy that, but most managers let older team members get away with murder because they "need" them. - Huge favoritism/ bias towards older team members, even though they refuse to learn new processes and refuse to train. - Many jobs are getting cut to save their budget, so there is very little growth opportunity.

Pros

Good benefits, 401K, Pension along with 17 days of PTO and 5 floating holidays.

Cons

The leadership team is polluted by people who don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, take things too personal when people leave their dept. They form a force together and will gain up on their employees to make themselves look good. Top executives support this behavior and don’t fire their leaders. Gossip pollutes this department spreading from the top down. Analytics tell the truth but the leaders will pull anything out of their hats to deny that they have a problem. Leaders pretend to care about their employees but their actions don’t show it. They overload their employees with work and they on’t provide the appropriate tools and resources for their workers setting them up for failure, and they will leave their employees to answer to tough situations on their own.
