Cons

Requires rotating shift work. Wage and benefits are lagging behind industry peers. Low staffing levels means forced overtime Upper management resistant to change

Relaxed work culture; low stress environment. Can get lots of well known (and demanded) software tool experience. Engaging workplace in terms of inclusive events, charity work, and being overall positive. Benefits are above average.

Cons

Compensation pegged at market "average" and not a cent more. Annual "raises" may barely be a cost of living adjustment, assuming they're even higher than inflation. Career mobility is heavily tenure and politics based. It's a company for people craving easy stability without internal developmental opportunities.
