Pros

Great teams and responsive management. The work life balance is pretty solid, and the benefits provided are exceptional. Lots of support from the company if you want to move around between departments or work areas, as they want you to develop and stay with the company long term

Cons

Pay is typically a little below average for positions at each level, and it can be hard to find open positions depending on the department or when not in a re-org
