      Pros

      Xcel is a great mission-focused organization. Strong focus on customer service. Good working culture. Many highly talented individuals.

      Cons

      Because it is a public-owned utility with limits on its ability to increase revenue, there are significant constraints on employment opportunity and career growth. While they attract a lot of talent, it is difficult to retain the talent without career growth/promotion opportunities.
