      Pros

      Many training opportunities. Paid overtime, great benefits, flexible schedule if not on shift. Upper level management provide ample opportunity for highly productive individuals to move up.

      Cons

      Although paid too much overtime. Upper level management are do not take input from their employees. Budget cuts cause confusion and major distraction among line employees.
