Pros

Stability or rather job security. Senior management has a vision of where to take the company. Getting our business to operate like a competitive business is where it's at. Great call.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted if you didn't "grow up" at Xcel. Lots of nepotism. it's not what you know but who you know. Too many unqualified people in leadership positions.

Location is downtown Minneapolis, MN. Very accessible by Metro Transit System, but parking very expensive.
