The change of employees is increasing, and a lot of experience is leaving for other jobs in other companies, It seems the good people leave and the poor ones stay.

The satisfaction of keeping people warm and literally saving peoples lives,the people work with have integerty and care about the customer, good feeling at the end of the day.

Cons

The MDT we use in the trucks could be alot more user friendly, where i should be able to to bring up last call with comments.
