Pros

Good opportunity to work with lots of good engineers. Good opportunities to learn from industry seminars hosted. Also working ambiance and office setting was very good. Openness in providing feedback and performance reviews.

Cons

Sometimes work could get very routine - which I guess could be compensated by keeping abreast with latest info in power & energy sector and also with seminars being offered from vendors etc.
