      It's a job at least.

      Cons

      Management absolutely does not care about their employees. Between compiling multiple positions into one job and reorganizations Xcel has destroyed a once promising talent pool. The turnover rate has increased since I've been here, just like upper managements salaries and bonuses.

      Good pay to start with.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Micromanagement. They do not deal with issues, they just look for scapegoats. No clear reporting chain. Management is narcissistic. Favoritism and politics reign supreme.

      Very corrupt environment I was never happy her and they only care about the money they make not the people

      Cons

      It’s very corrupt , cut throat they don’t care about your personal life or if you sick. They treat employees like garbage and most people walk around with their shoulders slumped and head to the floor . I didn’t understand why they looked so miserable when I started , but learned quickly why .
