      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      More than anything else, I am most interested in being valued and appreciated by my employer. I could not be more disappointed with this company, The company has gone downhill with no clear plan for future improvement. This company has the least effective Executive team I have have ever seen.

      Good job security and colleagues, most of the lower level management is genuine and cares about the well being of their smaller teams.

      Cons

      Poor communication and leadership from high level management, and often their procedures and incredibly inefficient.
