Few good leaders make it worth staying

Cons

Upper leadership is deceptive and more concerned about share price than customers or employees. Most buildings are old, not compliant with building code, and will wreck you if you have allergies of any kind.

The company had a lot of goals on clean energy and to reduce carbon emissions by 80% by 2050.

Cons

Says its a stable job industry that doesn't have layoffs but I was apart of a mass layoff November 2023. Company not doing well financially.

Cons

HR is not helpful or responsive. Will close ticket requests without helping. Must call HR and hope you get a knowledge and helpul person. Pay is somewhat below industry standards.
