      Pros

      Benefits are solid, pay is fair, hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Culture varies by department, but some areas are downright toxic. Majority of new leaders are being hired from outside the company so many good employees are leaving. Company has gotten considerably worse in the last year, used to be a good place to work.
