Pros

Great benefits to include education but must stay within a year with the company after you used the education benefit.

Cons

Long hours, people are expected to work after hours. It could use a lot of improvements in the area of upper management level and treat employees better.

Pros

Great pay and benefits at the power plants

Cons

Management has their “favorite” employees. Bullying is commonplace and corporate will not look into the plant issues outside of Minnesota. They have you take an online class about bullying and call it good.

Pros

Good pay and benefits for union members and executive leadership.

Cons

The organization is good to its union employees, and executive leadership, but front line management is expected to take on too much, and not provided the personnel resources to be successfull without working an astronomical amount of hours. Pay is not worth the amount of work expected from them.
