      There is a good work/life balance at the company,

      Cons

      The company is bureaucratic. Decisions are made slowly and require the approval of several layers of management. For instance, requests for vacation in the department I worked in could not be approved by managers, but needed to be approved by the overall department manager.

      Employees are only a number. Employees cannot be promoted. Promotions can only be gained if there is an opening you can apply for.
