      Great company culture, supervisors are competent and treat employees well, collaborative team environment, healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Change in work from home policy, it would have been nice if executives had decided 1-2 days in office was sufficient permanently, needs better parking options and company should reimburse for parking downtown.

      The company had a lot of goals on clean energy and to reduce carbon emissions by 80% by 2050.

      Cons

      Says its a stable job industry that doesn't have layoffs but I was apart of a mass layoff November 2023. Company not doing well financially.
