      Pros

      I would highly recommend this job to anyone who is not afraid of snarky customers & being called a few swear words here & there. Customers are usually nice, pay is good enough, & there is LOTS of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Rude customers, customer satisfaction is 50/50, constantly raising electric and gas rates, & is now a hybrid position that started as fully work from home.
