Pros

Company still has a defined benefit pension plan. Generous paid time off program. If you work in the right areas people have found happiness.

Cons

Company is highly bureaucratic with little ability to impact any change. Senior leadership is completely detached from front line employees. Company is aware of massive industry changes ahead but has no idea how to adapt. Staff reductions and pay cuts have become a way of doing business. Work load is concentrated on the few hard working and dedicated employees while a large number of long term employees coast along.

Stability. Good pay for the area. I grew up with this company and have learned so much working hear. However they are losing touch with the working class in an effort to enhance corporate profits.

Cons

Location. Very few cons. The company is a great place to work overall. Management as a whole doesn't listen to the field workers.
