      Pros

      I have been here about a year in research and I love it! Great leadership and company culture. My team has a great leader who is very organized & supportive and truly cares about my growth & career development & maintaining a good work life balance. I think the company handled the unprecedented COVID-19 obstacles very fairly and generously. Good benefits and stock bonuses! Management does well at keeping the whole company informed.
