Pros

Ambitious pipeline with a dedicated CEO. Funding allows for good science. Good benefits such as stock options and vacation.

Cons

Employees in management roles are lacking in these skills. The company should screen better for candidates hired for management positions. Company politics here will drive you mad. No input from non "higher up" employees. They sure value loyalty, because the people who were around in the beginning seem to rule from their thrones on the R&D side. The work environment is too fast paced and stressful. The scientists and research assistants are overworked and underappreciated although its their work that moves the company forward. The work culture here sucks - it was depressing to come to work everyday.
