      Pros

      It was a pleasure and honor to work at Xencor. My manager and department mates are extremely smart and great collaborators and subject matter experts the best in the business. C-suite folks absolutely fabulous, Bassil, John, and Allen are super invested and responsive which was essential for moving programs forward.

      Cons

      I was mostly remote due to my inability to move, so it was tough to manage certain stakeholders. I decided to transition to a company local to my home so I could have in person interactions, but leaving Xencor was emotionally very tough because I developed really close relationships.

      Pros

      Experience here was pretty bad that I had to make a Glassdoor Review. New office is pretty modern. Pay was $80k - $95k so that was neat to do basic admin work.

      Cons

      Not an EE but I am writing this so people are aware about how awful this HR department is. They are always hiring and firing - SO BE WARY. It is NOT growth. HR takes you through a gauntlet of interviews totaling to SEVEN. HOW MANY INTERVIEWS DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A DECISION? This includes a 4 HOUR on site interview. After that, just GHOSTED. Like really?
