Pros

Love working here, chill but professional, people get things done on time and you won't have to worry about people leader always checking what you're up to. They trust you to do well on your own but always have time to help when you reach out. The perks have been really great, free coffee, like having a cafe inside your workplace. Onboarding has also been a great experience compared to other company's where you feel you're on your own even at the start

Cons

Starting salary is a bit on the low end, not sure how high it will increase, depending on the performance

It will eventually turn around when leadership is replaced again.

Cons

Disappointing direction. Change for the sake of change. People are now just numbers. Just another performance-focused, status quo company now that doesn't set people up for success.
