Pros
Almost none anymore, everything that was great about the place has gone or is being stripped away. There are still a few good people here and there but they are disappearing fast.
Cons
Lots. The new performance framework is performative, discriminatory and encourages backstabbing. Ratings are seemingly focused on a narrow definition of performance. Neurodivergent people are set up to fail. Lots of toxic leadership and competitive egos in this new Silicon Valley grind culture that Diya and Sukhinder brought with them. The people-centred approach that made Xero so great is gone.
