Since the reset, a new performance management and new company values have been retrospectively applied even though neither existed until a few months ago, and we are being rated on that and rated lower than is warranted to try and get rid of more people
Quite a few incompetent / two faced managers who seem to be playing favourites
Signals in feedback are being ignored and/or punished internally
It is no longer a safe play with a fairly strong sense of oppression and no longer feels inclusive
We are being squeezed as resources to help profitability which it improving the share price for now..but we just feel like a number with no voice
