Pros

Good work-life balance. Able to use latest technology (Macbook M3)

Cons

Post-reset impact is still happening. Company is trying to mobilise teams based on different initiatives, which means that you might be put on to different projects based on the decision from the top.

Pros

The people I work with are bright, intelligent and helpful. Very human, eager to help each other out, very positive. When you're actually doing direct work with folks, it's a very positive experience.

Cons

The company is transitioning to a more standard North American style of corporation, and the leadership role has a lot of overhead attached to it... lots of meaningless reports, lots of meaningless presentations, lots of paperwork to do - especially at performance and salary review time. You're constantly calibrating and re-calibrating your team. Every sprint is audited. Upper management is erratic. Many promises made about North American growth for years, with little to no follow through. Company has a hard time making a plan, sticking with it and giving people time time to do the engineering.
