Career progression depends on which team you are in. Work is not always challenging. Thing is a bit slow

Pros

The culture is one of the best I’ve worked at. Generally aggressive and rude people are not tolerated as they can be in other companies. What I loved most was the good morals of the company of only proceeding with initiatives that benefit the small business/customer.

Cons

Compared to other companies very little downsides. Perhaps still a bit biased towards New Zealand employees, which I saw happen in the restructure in 2023. Not easy to come by people management roles compared to larger companies.
