Great product market fit helps with organic growth in established markets. Yet to secure a foothold in bigger markets where exponential growth lies.

Cons

The culture has taken a hit post layoffs, expectation to do more with less. Poor leadership and serious lack of support.

Overall company atmosphere. Company with ambitious goals. Great people, talented and with shared values. You have the tools and resources needed to make the best work you can

Fast pace, restructures and changes are common, but also understandable for a fast-growing company with global ambitions. You can see this as positive or negative depending on your profile. You have to be flexible, adaptable and look forward to work in such conditions comfortably, and you will love it, otherwise you might not. Also it's common that, due to its size, making stuff done can take longer than one would like (Many levels of decisions, documentation, compliance etc)
