If you take off the top layer, the people are fantastic

Cons

The CEO considers the staff to be resources that can be deployed or disposed of in order to maximize profit, share price and hence executive rewards. It's all about numbers.

Flat hierarchy - Everyone has an opportunity to share their views. Young - leans towards young, ambitious, smart go-getters. If you're older with a modern mindset, there's room for you too. Strategic - A new CE joined in 2023 who is very clear about their strategy for growth.

Cons

Fast-paced - you need to think FAST because things are constantly moving and changing. Digital-first - you need to be technically fluent or you'll get left behind.
